Who supplies the tables for my booth?
We shall be providing all our vendors with an 8ft table, already set-up at their booth, for the show. If a vendor would like a different sized table or configuration for their booth, contact show management. Vendors are required to provide their own table covering, preferably in white, however other colours are permitted.
Am I permitted to have floor signage in my booth?
Yes. Pop-up banners, professional home/trade show booths, and other floor signage is permitted provided it does not exceed 8ft in height.
Will there be drapes, booth separators, or carpet on the mall floor?
No. We chose not to take up the space required to have these installed. It would also have cost each vendor almost double the price to participate had we done that. All booth spaces will be clearly marked and it is the responsibility of each exhibitor to set up their booth within that space.
Am I permitted to sell my products/services at the show?
Absolutely! We encourage you to sell at this show. Please be aware that with certain sale items there may be a conflict with one of the retailers already leasing space in the mall. If you are concerned that there may be a conflict, please contact us to clarify what you are permitted to sell.
Am I expected to provide for a door prize?
No, we do not require a door prize from each vendor. However, we encourage our vendors to have a giveaway or promotion at their individual booth during the show. We can promote this prize or promotion on the show website. Simply contact the show management with a prize description.
Do I need to be a vendor of the show to provide a door prize?
No. We have a door prize table available for businesses who are not able to participate in the show but would like to provide a door prize. Please contact the show manager for details.
Am I permitted to sell my products/services at the show?
