The Vendor Information Form, found at the bottom of this page, must be filled out by all exhibitors no later than Thursday April 29th. Please be aware that the information that is filled into the form is the EXACT information that will be listed in our show directory. Please ensure that the information is correct before submitting the form.

This is also the appropriate way to reserve any additional advertising you would like to participate in, you may choose as many options as you like. Ad space is not officially reserved until payment has been received. Once your form has been submitted to us we will invoice you for your selected advertising. You may choose to pay via cash, cheque, or credit card. If you have any questions relating to the above information, please contact us.

Exhibitor Advertising

Our show directory will be distributed in our show advertising bag to the first 500 attendees of the show. This directory will be in full colour on a glossy stock for maximum effect. In addition, copies of the directory will be available at each show management booth within the mall and will be distributed to all show exhibitors.

* All exhibitors receive a free directory listing for their business that includes their business name, contact info, and website. No artwork or logos are included in this listing *

There is a limited amount of space available in the directory for display style ads and reserved on a first come, first served basis. The cost to advertise in the directory ranges as do the size of the ads. Please see the diagram below.

Another advertising opportunity for the show is an insert in the show advertising bag. This bag will be distributed to the first 500 show attendees. Bag inserts could be as simple as a business card or postcard but we recommend samples, promotional items, or valuable coupons to maximize the value of the insert for your business and our attendees. The cost to have something placed in our bags is $20.

Our main media sponsor, SNAP Dufferin, also has an advertising opportunity to be included in our full page ad featured in the May addition of the paper.
